1.Starscream (Transformers Animated version) :This Version of Starscream makes me laugh and I love the scene when he's mocking Megatron and Megatron got pissed and I laugh so much

2.Knockout (Transformers Prime) :He's my favorite along with Starscream,and I love the scene that he says: "Buff this" In Speed metal and I laugh so much and he says everytime: 'YOU RUINED MY PAINT JOB"

3.Plankton (Spongebob) :He's my favorite villain and I went to the movie theaters and I laugh so much when he fails to get the formula

4.Mr.Crocker (Fairly Godparents) :He's my absolute favorite villain,because he says about fairies and screams and I laugh so much

5.Ice King (Adventure Time) :He's a funny character,because he always do funny stuff

6.Discord (MLPFIM) :My favorite villain of all the MLP series,he's too funny to me

7.Zenet Surrow (Bakugan Gundalian Invaders) :We'll,the only funny girl of all top 10,she's funny,and I love the scene when she laughs when Dan is kicking Drago in the battle

8.Grell Sutcliff (Black butler) :He's my favorite,I love the scene when he doesn't want to help Sebastian and Sebastian use his hair and Grell got a nosebleed XD

9.Izaya Orihara (DRRR!!) :He's definetly a funny character on DRRR!!

10.Team Rocket (Pokemon) :I'm a Team Rocket fan,since I watch Season 1 of Pokemon,those are the perfect bad guys and there funny
