The tenth "Cartoon Cartoon" and created by Dave Wasson.
In the year 100,000,000 AD, all of Earth's nations have combined to forma utopia where all conflict has been resolved. Above in space, an oddly dystopic station houses the officers part of the Time Squad, whose duty it is to go back in time and arrest anyone who dares to change the course of history. Buck Tuddrussel happens to be the most senior officer of the station and is paired up with Larry 3000, a translator bot who was deemed useless once the nations merged. On a mission, the two accidentally go back to the 21st Century and meetd an orphan named Otto. His extensive knowledge of history has him quickly recruited with Tuddrussel and Larry as they know almost nothing about it. Their job now is to meet historical figures who have made rather uncharacteristic choices in their life and try to set them into the path that lead to them being what we currently know them for.
