You mean the background? Unfortunately no. It'd be cool if they did move. Everything else, though, is movable and they do on a constant basis.

This is my actual desktop. (At least my main monitor on my laptop) I'm running a 2nd screen as well, but there's nothing exciting there, so I usually just crop it out.

First, download an application called Rainmeter: [link]
Then dick around in the Customization>Skins & Themes>System Monitoring>Rainmeter section of dA. Find any and all gadgets you would like to have on your desktop (I prefer and recommend the ones I have on above) and just go to town. Rainmeter comes with a ReadMe as do most of the skins. I've been messing with it for a while now and am happy with the results. I just wish my internet browser's bright blue address bar was not glaring at me. Everything else fits a nice theme.
