Description
Hey guys! And Happy New Year! Well I know that it's been a long time since I have submitted in anything, so here you go. Well, since I was on Christmas break, (and sometimes when I am not in school I get extremely bored at home) I read Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix, and I'll probably start on Half Blood Prince. In the books I read scenes that I love to imagine, when I read Goblet it was upsetting to see some of my favorite scenes cut from the movie, which made me think that when the film Order of the Phoenix comes, probably less than 1/2 of the book will be in the movie since this is the biggest of them all. So upsetting, so I decided to do scenes from all the books that did not/probably will not be in the films - I guess you can call them the missing scenes. Enjoy! At two o' clock in the morning, Harry stood near the fireplace, surrounded by heaps of objects: books, quills, several upturned chairs, an old set of Gobstones, and Neville's toad, Trevor. Only in the last hour had Harry really got the hang of the Summoning Charm.
"That's better, Harry, that's loads better," Hermione said, looking exhausted but very pleased.
"Well, now we know what to do next time I can't manage a spell," Harry said, throwing a rune dictionary back to Hermione, so he could try again, "threaten me with a dragon. Right..." He raised his wand once more. "Accio Dictionary!"
The heavy book soared out of Hermione's hand, flew across the room, and Harry caught it.
"Harry, I really think you've got it!" said Hermione delightedly.

I live the NORMAL sceans in the book when they just do stuff that a normal kid would, not the chosen one.

I love it when you draw these type of scenes from the novels! I also miss them from the movies. Or worse, I hate it when they replace them with something new that the screenwriter wrote that isn't as good.
These little scenes really accent the characters relationships and who they are in the normal moments. As usual this is so well done. When you have the time, keep them coming!

Hmm, I need to reread OotP before the movie comes out... Well, anyway, great picture! This was a great scene from the book, I was quite sad that it wasn't it the film (along with many other scenes...) Awesome job!

Hermione's hands look sort of strange, but I like her outfit and hair.

In the fifth movie it'll be really, really funny though. Because everything, absolutly everything, is really important, in the end of the fifth and in the sixth. So either it'll be four or five hours long, or they'll play it at fast-forward pace. The house-cleaning scene they definantly can't throw out, because of the 'heavy locket that none of them could open', which I believe is the locket Regulus A. Black took and de-Horcruxed. And I was mad about the GoF movie too...
And now the actual deviation comment:
How you've drawn this scene is awsome! (this is turning out to be one loooong comment-thingie...)

Thanks! I was afraid that the background would look crappy because to admit I am too lazy and I suck at backgrounds, but hey thanks for the post! Oh, and about your opinion on the house cleaning, in my opinion, I doubt that would be in the film, maybe the locket, but not the house cleaning. Thanks for your post!
