Description
Very few of you here know of Slate. But she's been here and there in my gallery. She's one of my older OCs, dating back to 2014.Slate started as an experiment where I designed her based on poll results. I'd offer a bunch of options for people to vote on and I'd go with the results regardless of whether or not they were my favorites. And she turned out all the better for it (stupid robot boots!).
In the years following her initial design, Slate turned into a fully fleshed out character. I'd toy around with who she is, and where she's from until I've managed to finally put together a little universe for her and a few other characters of mine to fit into. I hope to have more to share about this universe with you guys eventually.

What an amazing character concept. Love how an android is considered more down to earth than the rest of the crew. The same crew that now seems really interesting.

I've drawn two of the other members of the crew! I hope I can get full refsheets done like this one for the rest of the crew at some point though~
