PLACING: Witching Hour placed fourth in the Liberty class. However, his filly , Rash Witch, placed first. We hope to see both compete again in the future in the Liberty or Halter division.

He had been cooped up all day and the energy was driving him wild. Why hadn't they let him run as they had yesterday?

The stallion pawed the floor of his stall, frustrated with his human servants. They should have taken him from these dingy quarters already. He had watched the day slip by from dawn to this momment, sunset.

He saw the male slave walking quickly to his stall, halter and chain in hand. Finally. Incompetent fool. What was his name? Daniel? He silently cursed the human as it opened the door.

Therosy stallion stamped a pale hoof in the failing light. The man ignored him, flipping the lead rope over his gleaming neck. Hour pinned his ears and lunged, mouth agape, for the man's shoulder. Too bad the incompetent human was quicker and deflected the lunge with his elbow. Hour stood with his ears pinned flat as the slave haltered him. At least he was getting out of here.

The cool evening air carresed his hide, sending an electric charge through him. The walk to the arena wasn't very long and before he knew it he was released while numerous other human slaves watched. He galloped and pranced to the music, wondering if it would bring him more mares.
