He's called "Flash Sentry". Twilight mishears "Century" as "Sentry". Basically, she's TRYING to focus on her job/duties, but due to thinking about him upon hearing this, she hits him in order to clear her mind and focus again.

Basically, w when Cadence was speaking; Twilight kept taking out the parts where she said parts of Flash Sentry's name.Β
Twi went over to Flash because that was all she could focus on. So she beat him up so that she could stop thinking about him while she was trying to focus.
Then Cadence asked if she felt better and basically asked if she can focus better now since she got him out of her system. C:
