If I remember correctly, it's what "Pro Studio" used to be. That is, it's the top of their "Artist" tier, with all the modules installed.
Infinite and Xstream can do things like turn displacements into real polygons, and render to layers, while "Complete" is missing those enhancements.

Just wondered, I've only ever had the infinite versions till vue 7 when I moved over to xstream so I could work more closely with lightwave and vue.
