This is part of another set of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic-based Pokemon cards.There are two secret rares in this set. One is Daring Do, from the book series.
There's really not much to say about her. She has 3 attacks which can be used for a variety of things.

Number 26 out of 24? I begin to believe that these numbers are errors. I hope I just prevented you from continue making these errors so you'll only have to redo this set and the previous set.
By the way, if it really is an error, it must be because you use a special PokΓ©mon card making program to make these cards. What is it?

Pokemon's English sets have a given number of cards in it. Say, 100. So the first card is 1/100, then 2/100, and so on up until the last card, 100/100.
Some sets have secret rares - cards that are, as the name suggests, very rare. Their numbering goes past the last card in a set to show this (i.e. 101/100).
It's not an error, and you'll see that there are "secret rares" in every set but the first, I believe.
