Hey man, I bought this painting a few days ago on ebay, and I was wondering when do you think it will arrive? Also do you have a catalog of other Zelda paintings? I would be interested to see more of your work

Dispite the camera, it looks great! Perhaps you should use a scanner, I do. If you don't already have a scanner perhaps your local library has one or two? That's where I go to use one... if not that, then perhaps even your school? (assuming you are in school, whether it be High School (doubt it with this amount of skill) or college.

I do have a scanner, however not large enough for a painting, and I rather not lug it around.
And I started painting around junior high.

Yeah, I'm very protective over my paintings as well, I had just recently completed my Yoshi "striking still life" painting as an assignment in High School and I had to carry it around the school and many other places in a large box with it in it and my painting supplies for like a month... it turned out great with all the time and effort I put into it and I can't wait to upload it here on dA, I will soon, hopefully.
Yeah, I just started painting like 4 or 5 months ago.

Yes. It's based on an older painting (although I think the original was done on computer). I was staring at a small poster that came in an NP special issue for Zelda.

I actually started teaching myself how to paint. My mom insisted I give it a try, and I've been doing it ever since. It managed to get me into Nintendo Power.

oh wow.. thats soo cool! im not terrible with paint, but im not very good.. i think my art teacher actually kinda scared me away from it in a way because she was always yellin at us if we did something "wrong". its art for God's sake! in art, nothing is ever technically wrong. and if she didnt like something, she gave it an F grade. like i said before tho, im not really terrible at painting.. i just dont really like it too much.
