Don't know if this would count as a separate but I thought the hell with it
, Hortinus on youtube made a video on the 1.04 sonic mania update on the ps4
which I'm assuming wasn't supposed to be released since it hasn't been updated on other platforms like steam yet
(probably saving it for mania plus)
one of the features was that super sonic's animations got updated so it no longer looks like normal sonic coloured yellow
when he's performing certain actions.
but one that caught me off guard was the extended idle animation so I thought to do that for the custom super tails

The new sonic ones in mania plus are lazy, and edited from sonic, and the other characters just glow white.

Maybe knuckles could stand like shadow, with his head tilted down a bit with that edgy look, or like he looks very angry. just a suggestion.
