Hopefully will we still be in contact...but also at a point in our friendship where such a thing wouldnt seem awkward but would be expected or welcomed. I am talking the 'in the wedding' thing. I can just imagine walking down the aisle behind you a two or three other women going 'omg...who are these people? Do I have something on my face? Dont trip...dont trip...dont even think about stepping the wrong way!' I know that would be what I would think cuz thats what I thought as I went down a flight of 100 stairs at my graduation. Trust me...having people watch you try not to make a fool of yourself is intimidating.
On a less humorous note, thank you kindly for the huge compliment. I have had such an incredible confidence boost since joining this site and then meeting you. Do you realize you comment the most? And make those comments worthwhile? I do not take that for granted. In fact, that is why I send the Point Fairy your way sometimes. Its a small thing compared to what you do do. (Dodo! I sound like a five year old! Aggg)
Elvis huh? Hmmm...that would take some research but why not? If I make something that you think she would like, I could always send it to you so that you can give it to her as a present! Okay...let me research away!
PS...audrey and elizabeth are nearly done. I think Grace Kelly will also get done today. I AM ON A ROLL!

xD Sorry if it seemed sorta awkward, but I just wanted to give you that warning now instead of sorta last minute. All my bridesmaids actually live out of state, so I have one coming from Michigan (childhood friend), one from Illinois (childhood friend who I reconnected with because of FB when I still had it), one from Nebraska (my best friend of all time), one from Alabama (I met her online as well) and then you.
So, you are all going to feel awkward, but I'm going to be happy because I'll have all of my closest friend right there with me.
I give you compliments because you deserve them. Your jewelry is beautiful, and I was never really interested in jewelry before I started watching you post your creations. Now, I'm hating myself for not taking beading classes because you make it all look so wonderful and inspiring. I would love to make something that looks half as elegant as your necklaces.
I like the point fairy, but I feel I should have to work more for the points. xD
Yes, Elvis. Mom loves him. xD She has a huge Elvis collection, and to be honest with you, I think she would choose it over me. o.o If you make one, that would be awesome, but if you don't then that's okay too. xD I was just curious about music possibly inspiring a necklace for you. WOOOOT!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM!!

It wouldnt be awkward awkward. Its just...in crowds I tend to be shy and stick in the corners with the other shy people. Then when I have livened them up...we join the party!
So I got you to be a jewelry lover huh? If it helps, I self taught myself everything I know.
Trial and Error baby! You could do the same...if you really wanted to. I think you would make some wonderful pieces in the end...but I have a feeling you like crocheting more anyway.
And the Point Fairy knows you like to work for your points...thats why she/he...gifts them at very odd times.
Elvis would be a challenge thats for sure.
But...as I did Rumple...why not Elvis...though when I think of him...I am always picturing that white suit that sparkled. Maybe that could be the theme!

Eh, I'd help get y'all to the point where you feel comfortable enough to party. xD To be honest with you, I've been with Kris for over three years now and the only family I have met of his is his mom, dad and sister. I think I met his grandma, but that was for like five minutes, tops. I'll be going with him this Thanksgiving though... o.o I'm scared. xD
I use to do those little bead animals that go on keychains, but it's been forever since I did one of them. But yes, you got me into jewelry. I think I would like making jewelry, but like you said, I may like crocheting more. ^^
I totally want you to do Elvis now... Even if I don't get the necklace, I want you to do it just so I can see it!

You will be fine. Kris loves you, you've met his parents. Hopefully they put you to ease. But Girl, just be yourself and Kris will appreciate that. Because remember, when you two do marry, yes his family becomes your family but they are not the ones living in your house.
I should send you one of those jewelry making kits that they sell at craft stores for little kids.
See what you do with that.
On a side note...you know that a lot of people mix crocheting and jewelry together? If you are curious, look it up online and see what I mean. Some of it can be gorgeous!!!
And I am looking into the Elvis thing. I was talking to my mom and she brought up the fact that towards the end when he was at his most popular...he did wear a lot of sparkly suits.
Really, I think I want to make the sparkly suits my theme. Its so ELVIS!

I'm still nervous. When I asked him what I should wear, he told me 'Nothing'. -.-' Such a guy answer. xD
You should send me nothing. But mixing the two would be interesting. I told Kris that after Christmas I'm going to attempt to make a crocheted dream catcher using nothing but yarn and maybe a some card board and beads. ^^ He likes the idea, but is curious how I'm going to do it. xD
I wanna see how you do it! It should be awesome!

You know what would be interesting for you to do? Might help with your hats and things. Why dont you try crocheted flowers? [link] These you could attach to your hats, or these, [link] This is the type of jewelry I think you could do! Its gorgeous and right up your alley! [link] Same with this one.
Sorry, I found these items earlier and wanted to show you. I saw your cookies and thought that this might be what you were interested in as well.
Well, being a typical guy...there is no hope. I've got two brothers and let me tell you...right now...there is no bright light for them at the end of the tunnel.
I dont even see them getting married...
You will be fine. Hopefully they will put you to ease right away. Wear something classy and elegant yet casual. That would be my advice.
Hey...did you go to the wedding yet? Or is that this coming weekend?

I've downloaded a tutorial to make several different flowers, like I've already told you, so when I catch a break in all of this Birthday/Christmas stuff, I will most defiantly try to recreate that necklace. My only issue with it is that I think they may have used some heavier yarn for the 'chains' then I have; however, at the same time it could just be they stitched it looser then I normally do. I want to look it up about how they did it and go from there before I make you any promises about it. But it is a very beautiful and interesting concept, so thank you for sharing it with me
