Description
B/W Version - to be colored....Being a HUGE fan of Doctor Who, it felt time to do a little fan art, especially after the amazing revelations of the Series 3 three-part finale'. I haven't done any WHO-related art in quite some time, but I've been looking for a subject for a while. At last, here it is, with a colored version to follow... I would have thrown in a few more incarnations of each of the characters of the Doctor and the Master, but I ran out of room!
Pictured actors: Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, David Tennant, Sir Derick Jacobi, Roger Delgado, Peter Pratt (sort of), Anthony Ainley, John Simm. (lemme know if I mis-spelled anything, fanboys)
Pen & Ink (micron), 8x10-ish, 2007

Sweet.... glad you're still watching (and thanks for the comment!). I'm still very impressed by the new show and having a blast. Ooh, color version's done: [link]
So, fanboy - tell us of your thoughts on the Transformers movie...

I tried to hold out for this new season on Sci-Fi, but I just couldn't do it instead streamed it online. I'll catch the last three episodes again on Sci Fi simply because that guy was brilliant.
I trying to catchup with Torchwood since BBC America isn't showing it until September and I'm all over the place with that show.
As far as Transformers go, I was down about the bots looking like they do, but they're going to grow on me. The toys for them are harkening back to the G1 stuff, so I'll have that. The story was alright, but it was definitely fun. That's really what it was supposed to be about, having fun and watching the large robots beating the shit out of one another. But Megatron and Prime as brothers, that was a lame last second twist.

Whoa... I didn't catch the 'brother' thing... gotta see it again. I gotta admit, as much as I hate Bay, I thought the movie really kicked ass and was exactly that; fun. Good call, Garth

It was a last minute thing, such a stupid thing to add.
Most people missed it in the movie, as it was written in the book. But basically, Megatron is dying and he called Prime "brother." So lame.
And last month's "Wired" magazine has the best quote about Michael Bay. It says something akin to "you might not like Michael but he has the ability to call for F-16s like you and I have the ability to call our for pizza."

heh... that is funny.... just points outs, though, that he's got as much class as Trump ('Rosey is evil' 'Rosey is evil' 'Rosey is evil' - 'what morning show am I on? Did I mention that Rosey is Evil?' and almost as much money to blow on bullshit.
'One shall stand - one shall fall.' That was a great nod and moment.

You don't have your Trump impersonation right.
"Hello, I'm Donald Trump. Like I said before Rosie is a fat pig and I'm glad she's a failure on TV. Have I mentioned I started Trump Steaks because of the heffer Rosie O'Donnell? And speaking of fabulous products, how about my hair. Rosie's a fat pig. My daughter's hot, I'd hit it. Rosie's a fat pig. Trump steaks."

Well, I've never seen an episode of the show, so I'm fairly clueless about it all, but the faces here look well-drawn, and I can recognize a few of them from posters and such. Cool!

Thanks for the referral. Um, we don't get broadcast television...
The last thing I watched on broadcast television was the 2002 Winter Olympics and Jay Leno that same year. Our antenna went out soon after, and we never replaced it because we really don't watch TV. DVDs we watch, but not TV.
So, maybe I'll have to go check out what Dr. Who DVDs are available at the local Hollywood Video...
