Doctor WHO - Last of the Time Lords -- COLORFan Art of my favorite show of all time, Dr. WHO; in particular the latest Series/season and the long-standing rivalry of the Doctor and the Master...
I would have thrown in a few more incarnations of each of the characters of the Doctor and the Master, but I ran out of room!
Pictured actors: Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, David Tennant as The Doctor, Sir Derick Jacobi as Professor Yana, & Roger Delgado, Peter Pratt (sort of), Anthony Ainley and John Simm as The Master.
Pen & Ink (micron), 8x10-ish, colored in Adobe Photoshop with channels, layers, Wacom, and a number of cheats, including my Police Box banner which is a scan from a photo.
2007 about 12-15 hours total

I quite agree - the whole 'resurgence of the master' sequence in utopia is... masterly (sorry, bad joke), especially the ghostly master voices echoing from the fob watch, accompanied by murray gold's spine-tingling music! You're welcome!

The master surely has a thing for black - even that flashback of him as a little kid shows him wearing black... nice for putting all the masters on the same pic, few ppl do that

How right, Doctor who IS the best show of all time!
The thing that gets me the most in Doctor Who, is I'm not in love with a show that existed before I was ever born. Doctor who was going on years and years before I ever heard about it, and now I'm swamped with hundreds and hundreds of unseen episodes that have been loved and been cherished from the time when my parents were starting to grow up.
I think thats one of the most amazing things about the show.

Very nice, really captured the distinct looks of the various Doctors and Masters.
Both the Doctors and the Masters have a quite dark look to them, in the yes in particular.

The 3-part finale was brilliant!
I do feel like Jacobi got 'robbed' though - I wanted to see more of him. He was more evil-evil crazy than Simm's zany-evil crazy!
Now I'm tempted to get me a poofy white shirt, string tie, fancy vest, and use that as a Doctor costume this Halloween!
...If only I could get the whole "change your accent" thing down. I don't see how so many celebs like Shirley Manson (Garbage), Anette Olzon (Nightwish), Jamie Bamber (Lee Adama), and David Tennant AND the gorgeous blond chick that he's banging DO it so well!!!
