Description it got so quiet all of a sudden
I could barely concentrate
then the stupid refrigerator started breathing
and thump thumping away
like it was alive at 4am
the lights outside blared like a movie set

The rain and the wind finally let up,
I knew some bad things happened,
so I decided to stop writing
and go out and see what the damage was

wow
that i like
Bursting with passion
truly a nice compliment

there are three Apollo shots similar to this one
when I started shooting again awhile back, there were only
3 shots left in the camera and i got the coolest weirdest most unique results......the chemicals had congealed almost
giving an alien landscape feel........never got that again
I think I did a triptych with all 3
will see if i can find

many thanks

"I'll take that to the bank" is it a typical expression...?
I try to find what does it mean on the web but...

Yes Yves Klein
I like his blue and his AnthropomΓ©tries

basically means
something to count on/rely on
the knowledge or maybe something physical

like you tell me something that you feel is correct
and i believe you and count on what you told me to be correct

this little series is indeed unique and pretty cool
15-20 year old film did the trick
no computer manipulation except scanning and lightening up a bit

many thanks

a really good run indeed.
have u tried the methods u are using with these as paintings?
to me it looks like enamelish something or another...
something fired----
i think it would be great paintings.

DocSonian In reply to SLPdomain [2009-07-25 22:17:46 +0000 UTC]

I am considering
far far a bigger deal with a large painting
remember the surface area of these puppies equals the surface of a bar-coaster
in an almost comparison in possibility of technique
my paintings equal the size of Deleware

so webesee

not much of anything
that was real real old film and mostly what i do is one the surface of the Polaroid,
hardly any computer work except scanning and cleaning it up a bit

but I'll take the flash and fire
