Simple Animation Tutorial FLASH CS3water running out.
This is an animation I made for the teaching material of the company I work,the character desing of the earth and the items on balloons are not mine, they are from the illustrator Celina Sayaka [link] ,
I only did the animations

Very well made, I like that it's more of a demonstration rather than hand-holding people through the entirety of the process.
It explains the ~fundamentals~ and leaves the rest down to user interpretation.

Very nice job, just a side thought as the water was slowly getting lower , the water in the outside elements should have been slowly running out of water themselves, but other wise Great work
