I just saw the link of the text respond you did to that "jerk" guy.
I don't have a tumblr account and for what I've heard on some videos on youtube the fandom is starting to become out of control there, especially with the Steven Universe. There was even a girl who got bullied because of her fanarts and she even got depressed.
I don't know exactly what happened there but still, BE CAREFUL with some jerks fans on tumblr.

Mm, I didn't plan to draw a comic about this continuing, it was supposed to be somewhat open ending. But I imagine that after Lapis recovers enough, her and Steven will probably have a talk where Steven tells her that nothingβs holding her on Earth and that she can leave anytime, and sheβll appreciate this so much. And she will eventually leave, just like that.

Not before Steven shows her the highlights of Beach City first, though. Just a day out on the town, get a feel for earth and its inhabitants (especially the Crystal Gems). Maybe Lapis will reconsider her view of the planet. Maybe she'll stay. Maybe she'll feel more accepted among the people of Beach City and the Crystal Gems. Who knows?
