Awh I'm sorry. You really should see it in full view. Unlike other photomosaics you'll see on DA. I never use an image more than twice.

They take anywhere from 2-7 hrs this one took a while it has a lot of different colors to fill.

Very nice, and certainly quiet difficuylt with Photoshop.
May be this is too easy and too limited, but, I have tried an online photomosaic generator:

You send your original photo, you select the images topics, or you send your own photo collection (Pictosaic help you to do that), Plus other options, and you click GO.
Your photomosaic will be done in a fee seconds, and freely.
The options are limited, but the result is correct.
