~dalcon08 asked how to draw Tali.It's just my point of view, might not be yours, and it really isn't perfect. Only trying to help with some tiny tips, heh.
I'll just insist on the fact that Tali's suit very very important. If you want to draw her, since we don't see her face, you need the suit to be detailed. This is the only thing we see of her's.
And CURVES.

The side view is so thin ;3; that's NOT how Tali is, she's actually pretty curvyplump. XD As my friend always says, "bedonkadonk".
but yeah her suit is important.

I just found this and this would havsepe before i drew her for my first time. i mean im a amature but i got to say i think i did pretty good. i mean its a small drawing of her but i guess it was good. i wish i could show you guys for some feedback acyauly i could send it to you through my phone but i would need your number. i mean this picturfe is the first of many more.

You should make another one for Tali's suit details, took me a lot of time figuring all the details, especially arms and boots...
Looked everywhere for Tali's hood texture, but found nothing ._.

Heh - well I suppose you need lots of screenshots to figure out all the details of her suit. Maybe I'll work on a mix of details of her suit.
