Its been a long time since I used art as an outlet for emotions... the older you get and the more caught up with the world and work and stuff... everything just seems to become routine. I started this peice with a bunch of feelings and ideas.. but now that its done I don't seem to recall what it was I was thinking ..
so lets see if i can remember...Drew this while listening to If Everyone cared.. by Nickleback.. also some Falloutboy songs
I never dreamed that you'd be mine.. but here we are... I'm alive..
If everyone cared, if nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied,
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride, then we'd see the day when nobody died...
..we'd show the world, they were wrong, and teach them all to sing along..
If they could love, like you and me, imagine what the world could be...
So yeah... Shayln is an upbeat character that has always loved life and people and everything around her. Dominic is a kid that has been deemed a monster.. and has a strong outlook on himself as being hated and pushed away from the world. Even if its just his opinion, sometimes. Dominic and Shayln are opposites in a lot of regards .. but both have a lot of heart and innocence to them... Even though he's been driven to kill, and forced to separate himself from a normal life of happiness and friends and family... she's one of the few people that were able to see him for who he really is....
There's also some personal meaning behind the pic... but thats none of your business, so there

Aww, this is a reall sweet picture. I like how the lyrics relate to it, as well as how sweet their poses are and how they're interacting. The soft colouring really works nicely on this, and I cant get over how awesome their facial stucture is. It looks awesome, great work.
