I didn't make the lineart, someone else did, but you can use the paths tool > stroke path > line width 1 pixel for small lines like that.

Yeah! I can see them sweat dropping in the background, though cowering in fear. Believe it or not, there's something like that in a fan-based parody-- Naruto Shippuden Abridged. But ah, it's kinda inappropriate. xD

It's animated, done with voice acting and clips from the anime. You can find it on YouTube. This guy called Princeroy does the Gaara voice. He does an awesome job- everyone voice acting in that parody do.
