Very simple, but looks great in my opinion. Included in the zip is the .rmskin file and the wallpaper (which I got from Wallbase.cc)
Feel free to download and use it in your screenshots, but just credit me if you do so.

Open your Rainmeter Management window, highlight the skin you want to move and look in the settings section below. Under "Position" there are 2 boxes with zeroes in them. Replace these numbers with what you want. The first box controls the coordinates relating to the width of your screen and the second box controls height. 0,0 represents the upper left corner of the screen.
ie. If you wanted to position the skin in the exact center of your screen and your display is 1920x1080, you would enter 960 in the first box and 540 in the second.
Play with the numbers until you get it where you want it.
