Yeah, its constrained basically by the length of the text in terms of words, I have it constrained. I don't know what the 'magic number' is though

Ahhhh okay that may explain what I was finding. I did some research of my own and even coded my own quote scroller. I ran into similar problems and eventually found that if you left a space in between each of the quotes, the quote scroller would sometimes pick up the empty space and display nothing.

this is awesome though the clock didn't work for me so i customised it a little by adding the date and time, but I kept everything else, the music player is fantastic
