Helth and Movement Center viewplan.The planning area is located on Budapest, surrended by forests.
In this building has a wellness on the groundfloor, a swimming pool on the first floor , some aerobic room on the second floor and finaly one engineering floor on the top of this construction.

The trees aren't AC objects. These are 3DS object from the evermotion.org
You can download few free 3DS objects, plants and so on...
You can also find some tutorials.
Archicad trees are too ougly and use much memory.
