These two pictures are experiments by me in trying to improve the quality of the renders. I'm trying for a more 3d effect. I didn't get the effect I wanted but I'm not sure why.

Still, the pictures are pretty striking so I'm posting them even though they are kind of a failed experiment

Daz 3d 4 and V4 inspired by my best SL model and friend Etherea . Virtually no PS post render editing --a little bit of lighting but no painting or other distortion of the image.

Updated Nov 2011. No changes except redone with uberenvironment 2 and one distance light, and added some props to the background. To my eye the uberenvironment lighting completely changes the quality of the render.
