I hope this isn't annoying to you, but I have created an amv slightly based around your dystopian future idea and I'm also interested in creating a fanfiction. Is this alright? Because when I first saw this and part 1, I was so amazed and intrigued by the idea. I'm not using the exact same designs for Mark in it, but I will credit you in the fanfic when the first chapter is completed.
It was also bugging me because I didn't credit you in my amv's, and I felt guilty. So I thought I'd ask ^w^

I would love to see a fanfic or a comic of this. Like the youtubers initially joined because they wanted to do something they loved or wanted to contribute to society/ help other people and didn't know what they were getting into. They stayed for the sake of the people following them. It would be really cool to see them rise up and take their medium back.

What you've described is a very much a theme I'm exploring within Markiplier's story, I'm glad that's being conveyed!
There is an aspect of resistance and rebellion down the road, but other key players are more involved in that side of things... I don't want to tip my hand toooo soon and spoil everything but its gonna be an interesting story to tell!

I can't wait to see what comes next then! What would be really interesting is if you didn't just stick to gamers and included other types of youtubers, like makeup gurus became spies or undercover agents and and vloggers started spreading propaganda. The internet is a big place and this idea has the potential to be huge. I'm really excited about this now if you couldn't tell. ^.^;
