Description Intention tool made from an antler tine, about eight inches long; "top" and "side" views (orientation is arbitrary).

Carved and stained, a quartz crystal (containing a dark, "mossy" inclusion) set into one end, with black glass microbeads used as filler. Two cloudy glass bead "eyes" are set in the sides, and there is an internal chamber behind the crystal and between the eyes so that the eyes glow faintly when light shines into the crystal.

What exactly is an intention tool? Prolly a silly question.

Not a silly question. "Intention Tool" is a term I made up to describe objects that could be described as wands with crystals (which is one kind of thing I make) or crystals with handles (which is another kind of thingΒ I make). I figured that both kinds of things were for focusing an intention to get some result.

I've just been looking through your gallery, and I can't get over the attention to detail in your tools, this is absolutely beautiful.

Thank you. Details are important, whether they are the obvious details of a complex piece or the subtle details of a simple one (tool marks can contribute to a piece or detract from it; I try to remove only what I feel detracts).

So true, and I think you really succeed at that :') all the marks you make on your pieces seem totally organic... You're so talented! J x

Or several. I love to see what different people do with an idea.

Well, I do commission work. And so do a bunch of other people on (and off of) DA. Or you could make your own....

I've been thinking about commissioning you, but I'm trying to save money up right now so I'm waiting. Perhaps later on though
