Description Just a variation on a Xenomorph. One of the newest comic arcs for Aliens introduces a new type of critter with similar colouration to this one actually. Makes me wonder what can trigger the variations. Back when the films were made, a toy company made loads of Aliens based on different animals, i.e. if an embryo incubated inside a bull, it would look different to one incubated inside a human, etc.

Me being an evolution and genetics fan, it was just intriguing x3 *is obviously a nerd*

Oooh, the blue one with the weird mohawk was meant to be a flying Queen. I never understood why she had membranous wings with talons as opposed to insect-like wings though. The Xenomorphs always seemed closer to insects even in design.

Yea I thought the same thing, the wings did look pretty cool though even though I don't know how it would take off though. XD

It would take a very strong gust of wind or a huge amount of effort xD I do like the idea that young Queens are like ants though - they have wings at some point in order to settle new colony elsewhere.

Yea that is pretty cool but they can't really fly if they have holes in all their wings and are the size of a house....or can they?

this is fricken sweet, I had one of those bull xenomorph figures when I was younger. It sparked me to create a few variations too... I remember one I did that makes me laugh now, a rabbit varient! Very light and nimble. I might have to upload it just for kicks
