Heh. Β Just last night, I completed "Lonesome Road" on Fallout: New Vegas. Β (Yeah, I know, I'm late to the party.) Β I managed to get this result (Ulysses and the Courier team up to BLOW STUFF UP -- OH YEAH!), and it was awesome. Β 
Anyway, your comic nicely captures that moment of the game. Β

In the divide the 2 courier's fought together stopping the creatures from the divide which the only names that are known were "Marked men" Stopping the nukes
Sacrificing ED-E to stop the Nuclear holocaust that ruined the world in the 1st place neither the worst of the Legion or the Best of the NCR was destroyed
It was either fear,dignity or mercy why the courier didn't launch the nukes
Ulysess stayed at the divide either it was a punishment or a reminder of history
As for the Courier the marked men and the tunnelers avoided avoid her recognizing the right of passage or.....Out of fear

It was a cut-content that Ulysess what going to be a follower but he can be convinced not to launch the nukes and be-friend you...Bethesda then though it was too hard

first playthrough with Lonesome Road i was forced to kill Ulysses... just like any other human being he has absolutely NO common sense AT ALL but hes pretty awesome!

always work with him to achieve the most badass fight in the whole game, if you want a challenge then try and kill Ulysses and the marked men at the same time but it just fun to not have him try and kill you for once and fight as true badasses

O3O First time i did this, i said something awesome and he just fucking shot me and killed me. I died more badass in that moment then the entire playthrough. XD

I killed Ulysses. It was a waste not to, because while the dude was clearly insane and dared to take away my ED-E, he was a badass, and only another Badass (ME!!!) could give him a good death. A full clip of 9.mm rounds emptied into his head via Maria (and I had his limbs cut of for good measure: Couriers are notorious for surviving point blank headshots).

I think Uylsses and the Courier are the best duo in the game, once you finish it, he should accompany your character to hoover dam JUST for the bad assery of their duo fighting the legion and NCR (only if you are independent vegas) lol screw the securitron army
