OOOHHH BOY,
it has been a long time since my last active date... until I feel super nervous to upload any art, and yeah tbh, my hands are shacking right now while I'm typing this description. Before I put up my signature/watermark on this piece of art, there's a guilt in my heart, whether this art totally done or I need to fix something, the anxiety strikes me hard. XD
Although It's nearly the end of July, I'm glad that I could finish this first official art for the Ottoman Empire series which I've scheduled it to start in the month of July.
I didn't expect that my college life was very hectic, I left this art in WIP for nearly 2 months! Whereas this kind of art can be finished within 1 or 2 weeks. But thanks to our Sultan of Pahang for giving us holiday for his installment as the new Agong (King) of Malaysia... as the result I'm able to finish this today.

As for this art, this is Sultan Osman I (1299-1324), the founder of the Ottoman Empire, son of Ertugrul Gazi.
You might find the outfit is quite unfamiliar like that you've always seen in the Wikipedia and other places. I actually refer the outfit design from Britannica website. If you ask why I didn't pick the design from a commonly seen picture, well um, first of all, it's because of the date that the reference was created, the older the date, the more it convince me. XD Secondly, I found quite number of artwork regarding Osman I with that kind of similar design. Third, I observed, miniature art has more details on patterns which it'll be easy for me to draw those patterns, and lastly it's simply because my favorite colour is blue. lol jk.

Alright, I think that's all for today, it's really nice to be back here in DeviantArt and stay tuned for more art. Uh... actually I don't have any idea when I'll upload my next art or for me to be active back here so I'm really sorry if I made you wait and if I didn't reply your notes, comments or what so ever.
