I love the design of the hair and clothing. I think the skin color could be a little more orangey yellow like your color. But it still is really lovely

I don't know, just looking at a black and gray skin looks odd. But the hairstyle is really great so don't let that ruin it. The skin color only lets me see the hair more so it's a good thing
