Eh? Do you mean digital coloring? I use Photoshop Elements 9 for mah stuff and just put coloring on a layer beneath the lineart. I'm unsure if there are any browser-embedded programs/extensions that could do it, though I'm sure some search engine work might find you something. Gimp is a free editing program I've heard some people use, though I have no experience with it myself.
