not really sure what you mean, but I just wanted to try something like a 17/18 th century kind of dress and it just happened, maybe just plain luck

Well, I wanted to know how did you get the idea of her dress's design; did you see a painting? a comics character? that kind of inspiration...or it just appeared in your head?
And when I said she looks vaguely like a Disney princess, I referred to the lines of her body and face; as for the HP thing, it's because of the -somewhat-mystical and/or esotherical air she has...

part of the idea came when I was watching Howl's moving castle, I wanted something like the dresses you see in the beginning, during the festival and the rest came while I was drawing
as for the way she looks, I wanted her to look completely different (beautiful and deadly), but when I had it finished it just felt wrong, like there were two parts of two characters, so I erased some bits, tried anew and then again and again and voila there she was
