Bits o' critique, if you don't mind....

Normally cleavages don't reach the collarbone *unless the girl's obese*. But since this's a vampire, maybe you can say vamps' cleavages DO touch their collarbones. XD Their dresses can have a bit of texture too, to show the softness of the material. Plus, the eyes are....flat.....If you know what I mean.

But overall, you've improved in the terms of background and the hair! Great job!
