It wasn't from the beach it was from my yard o_O And I took a picture because it displays the beauty between life and death. I normally don't take pictures like this but this got my attention.

What species is she/he? Some small non parrot-bird species can live up to 20-25 years

Thanks <3 Yeah it's weird how death can be sad, peaceful, scary at the same time, because to all of us that is our eventual fate.
Especially when it happens to a weaker creature.

I saw a bird dead outside of the Evil Institution (a.k.a. West) on day when I was going to lunch. It made me miserable. I was going to go outside and pick it up but I didn't want to be yelled at by the Nazis and something in me told me to leave it be.

Awwr :/ It's sad whenever birds die, because they always seem like such dainty, almost innocent little creatures.
Still, it's a beautiful picture. I love how the wings are stretched out, like it's still flying even though it's dead.

I know It's a shame though how messed up people are, like when I went to a walmart near my house, there was a dead bird like this one and this asshole wanted to throw him/her in the garbage and kicked it to the side. And I went to go get the bird with a walmart bag and the guy was like "Mamn don't waste your time I'll take care of it". And I told him to eff off >.>'
Thanks though <3

It's blurry. But you know, I love that about this. The death and the black and white.
This is sad, poor thing. Beautiful pose may I say. Great photo. <3

Thanks <3 My digital camera's so cheap and retarded x.x' I wish I had a better one. Yeah I think this bird died of heat exhaustion, because my dad told me that he heard something fall on the house and land on the porch while I was in school. And it was like 90 degrees that day X.x; yes poor poor thing. It actually made me put out buckets of water in my back yard during the summer for the animals to drink o.-

O:
Heh, it doesn't matter about the camera, as long as you can take beautiful shots like this, it's great.
Ah I see.
I wonder what 90 degree's in celcious is. -fail-

I felt very bad Cute little thing shame to see them die like this.
Actually in a walmart by my house there was a dead bird in the store. And I was upset from it and I went to get on of the employees to ask them to put it in the woods.
And you know what this asshole says? "Oh that thing stupid shouldn't be in the store, don't worry I'll throw it in the garbage when I get a chance". And he smiled then kicked to the side with his foot. So after helping my dad put the groceries in the car, I got an empty bag and went back to get the bird. And the son of a bitch is like "Mamn don't worry about it I'll take care of it, and he started getting close to me so I just told him "Fuck off --' " and took the bird and brought it to the woods behind the store.
People are real douche bags.
