Hello, and sorry to interfere, but Haytham is actually pronounced exactly as written, "Hai-Tham". "Th" being just like in thorn or throw.
Perhaps, in some Arabic dialects like Egyptian some would pronounce the name with an s or a z instead of a correct Arabic th "Ψ«". But the correct pronunciation is Haytham.
