Hmm... technically he shouldn't need to eat at all, as the only human parts of him at this point is his head (minus the lower jaw) and his spinal cord.
But it doesn't matter because Raiden sits there in all his girly glory.

I thought he was a girl as well when I first got MGS2. But later on, I played the game, bla bla bla, and became my #1 fav MGS character. ^^
