actually, Raiden is sort of feminine XD His hips are bigger when he becomes a cyborg thingy and he has heels on his new hoofs~ I think they do that purposefully to capture the "bishounen" type character. In one of the games he wasnt in, they used his face and made him a gay character that was a lover of the bad guy you have to beat. His name in that game was Raikov~~
