I think everybody forgot about it after the 1997 release except for the comic fans and those writing it. I think there have been plans in the works for another film to reintroduce it for a while, but not sure if or when it is happening.

Well the last comic series I read was Hellspawn. Where is I guess the ruler of earth? He's killed Malbolgia, and pretty much told heaven to shove it. Pretty much the earth is his realm and he wants nothing to do with heaven or hell. I'm not a hundred percent on where he'll be going but he's kinda losing his mind/humanity a bit.

It really does make me happy seeing comic book characters in your gallery!
