Description
12" x 24" oil on panel painting, using mostly palette knifes rather than brushes. On March 16, 1966 astronauts Neil Armstrong and David Scott perform the first docking in history, but soon after suffered the first critical in-space system failure of a U.S. spacecraft which seriously threatened the lives of the astronauts and required an immediate abort of the mission.Related content

You are most welcome, Douglas. I really like the gold foil cover on the service module. The image is very true to life. Agena is looking good, too.
