combining both gachas in my count for this year

Every year so far I've just gotten a random number for the type, but this time I'm randomizing the palette after the type too so I can work on challenging myself to create designs from limited palettes whichishonestlywayeasierthanfromscratch
I took some creative liberty with this one by adding the gray/yellow/blue but everything else was from the first random palette website I saw!
