Description
X-Factor (or if you prefer, Mr. X) is the DNA sample taken from a B.O.W known as a Tyrant.

General Information:
Similar to Harran, Ben was called in to deal with another situation much like it. This time, a pandemic had struck the City of Raccoon, turning its populace into ravenous undead and leaving the survivors to fend for themselves. Ben was instructed to investigate the cause behind the outbreak and whether or not there was a connection between the two incidents.

And indeed, this too was caused by a virus, identified as the T-Virus, an extremely dangerous infection that rapidly spread through the city and infected most of the population within a week, turning most of them into zombies and some others into monsters... much much worse. For instance, one strain of the Virus turned someone into a horrific monster known as a "Licker" various types of "Hunters" and of course the standard slow and dumb zombies.

But there is one above the rest that can't be fended off (1), and if you hear thunderous footsteps, then you can only do one thing. RUN!

Tyrants, hulking behemoths of a creature reaching up to 8 feet tall and appear human from a distance, and if one values their life then its best to maintain that distance. Ben learned this the hard way when he first encountered one of these monsters, the punch from the T-00 would've shattered his bones had he been in human form but thankfully, he was using Four Arms. Rook however, wasn't so lucky since his arm was broken in two different ways after T-00 had flung him into a wall.

Matters only worsened as the Tyrant continually pursued the partners throughout Raccoon City, shrugging off most weapons and because of the unique genetics of the Tyrant, the Omnitrix had some trouble scanning the monster which meant Ben was unable to use the Omnitrix throughout most of the adventure. After a night of fighting, Ben and Rook discovered the underground labs of the Umbrella Corporation, a renowned pharmaceutical company. It was there they discovered the terrible truth behind the T-Virus and the dark secrets of Umbrella.

Long story short, the duo eventually escaped the city, putting a stop to the infection, ending the Tyrant, exposing Umbrella's dirty deeds and preventing a nuclear strike. And unlocking a brand new transformation for Ben, which he named X-Factor, nicknamed Mr. X.
