This piece I did years ago in my Primera Hora days (it wasn't all Corillito stuff you know). Anyways, this was a Photo shoot I directed for a store called Gravity. The concept was pretty simple, have the model show off the jewelry styles from each set of arms. One would be rock/goth with armor rings and arm bands, another a more gypsy look with stone rings and such, and another for ravers with glowing jewelry and light up rings. So the best way to do so was to give her 6 arms.

Yeah, it could look pretty cool - like the traditional depictions of Indian gods like Shiva and Vishnu. According to the lore, the gods had blue skin because the sky ran through their veins.
One approach is to select all the flesh tones - the face, arms, etc - and go to the hue/saturation option under Image/Attributes. Just slide the bar around under Hue to get the color you want (oh - I'm assuming you're using Photoshop - I could be wrong). Could be a fun experiment!

hehehe... thanks.. I know all that "now"... but back in the day (I did this in 1999) I barely knew half the shit I know now. And also, it was a fashion shoot, and the model was an exchange from the agency, so I couldn't "modify" her as much as I wanted (politics, you know).
And now I'm not like George Lucas, going back to his past works of art and "Fix" them.
