If by strong you mean black than yes, the Windows default theme uses black text while my theme uses dark grey because black text looks ugly due to the strong contrast.

Hello, i would like to buy your theme, but there's this problem that stops me, it's that nothing changes! everything is the same as before applying any theme except the wallpaper.
When i was on an older version of windows, i think 1503, i could apply any theme and get it to work, colors buttons icons everything could be changed. i remember i used windows black toolkit to make it work. but now that i have 1709, nothing changes no matter what i do, i tried all ultrax versions, opened and install it as admin like hundred times, i even tried black toolkit again and it didn't work, i really miss theming my windows, and i want to get your theme, but it won't work as long as i have this problem.

If that doesn't work then your Windows is screwed up and the only way to fix it is to do a fresh install.

here's my last attempt:
i made i fresh windows install, i took the ownership of (uxtheme.dll, UXInit.dll, themeui.dll), reboot the pc, then i ran uxpatcher as admin, applied a theme to test it, nothing has changed.

Run the patcher again and see what the status of the DLLs is or just send me a screenshot with the patcher so I can take a look for myself.
And you have to restart the PC after you apply the patcher, than you can use 3rd party themes.

Here everything looks patched... so the only variable is that you didn't copy the themes files in the right place.
Send a screenshot of your windows/resources/themes folder so I can see what you have there.

I'm guessing you're applying the themes from the Personalize menu, right?
If yes then I'm going back to my early suggestion: do a fresh install. Honestly I have no explanation for your problem!

i solved the problem, i had to apply the theme by double click on it from the theme folder, and not Personalize option.

Yes I know... I spoke with other people from your country and they were complaining about having to use a VPN to access deviantArt.
A normal country shouldn't have a firewall to censor their internet in the first place. I really don't understand why you people can do something about it. I mean people are just accepting this as it was something normal.

About the themes... The easiest way to help you would be via TeamViewer. It would be great if you use some kind of IM (skype or something) where we could chat directly and sync when we are both online to help you out. How does one create a custom windows 10 theme like you do? All I can ever get on google is how to make a basic colour and wallpaper changed theme.Β

About making Windows themes...
1st you need to purchase the main tool which you have to use to create the themes: www.vistastylebuilder.com/
... keep in mind that the tool hasn't been updated for a while and it's pretty buggy!
2nd used the license key to register the official forum www.vistastylebuilder.com/foru⦠and download the latest beta version 1.5.6.3.
3rd take a look at this www.scribd.com/doc/182260900/Tβ¦
... it's a guide made for Vista but most of the elements are in the same place in Win10 as well... the major exception is the taskbar and start menu which can't be styled in Win 10 (unless you use a 3rd party app... which I don't use).
4th of course you can check out the official forum above for more information and solutions to the many problems you will encounter.
It's not an easy job cause you'll do a lot of trial and error so you need nerves of steel to do it.
