You didn't setup OldNewExplorer properly. Please read the instructions carefully, especially the part about OldNewExplorer.

I've already replied to your email.
You're using a HIDPI display with higher scaling, that's why your text looks thinner.
The preview is taken on a regular 1920x1080px screen at 100% scaling that's why the text looks thicker, because the pixels are bigger than on your screen.
