How does one create a custom windows 10 theme like you do? All I can ever get on google is how to make a basic colour and wallpaper changed theme.Β

UltraUXThemePatcher makes me unable to access anything "themes" related because windows 10 freezes...

make sure you run it as admin... unfortunately it's the only option for Windows 10 Creator's Update.
there might be a problem if you've upgraded your Windows 10 over Windows 7 or 8... a guy had the same problem withΒ UltraUXThemePatcherΒ and he fixed it by making a fresh Windows install after trying a bunch of options that failed.
