If the theme didn't apply at all, this can be for 2 reasons:
1. The patcher didn't patch all your DLLs.
In this case run the UltraUXThemePatcher again as admin and take a look at the status of the 3 DLLs. If some of them are Not patched then you have to take ownership of those files before running the patcher again, just as I mentioned in the instructions.

2. You didn't copy the theme files in the right place.
I would need a screenshot with your C/windows/resources/themes folder so I can take a look how you copied the files.

Thank you, and yes I will screenshot. But I can confirm that it is in the right place. The DLLs are patched because I launched UX after I restarted and all three of them are patches. For my friend when he clicks on the theme he gets a ‘please wait’ screen then it applies. Although I have done everything, I don’t get that. Really odd. And it seems to be with this theme.

I can assist you on TeamViewer and prove that it works if you do as instructed.
All my themes work if you're on the correct Windows version.

but sometimes i get crash in explorer, only shows ribbon with blank space. I'm sure I've followed all the instructions

Crashes in explorer have nothing to do with the themes. Maybe you're using a Preview Version of Windows or some 3rd party software that makes changes to explorer... dunno, but it's not because of the themes. You're the first one to mention this problem so I'm sure it's something on your end.
