I saw Land of the Dead and was sorely disappointed lol. He could have done so much better but it just didn't seem solid

Like I said my only real beef with it was that so many people were alive at the end. Nobody you care about dies. It just doesn't seem like real horror unless there are only two or three people left at the end and you're not sure who they are going to be. Ah well, I still liked it.
