I don't know if either is TG maybe. These two are not on any training teams SW takes Akido and Temporus SurvivalOne of the Sims TA's shanghaied them into being SIM's Villains (BAD Sara!) since they had no uniforms the ended up wearing the default male and female uniforms for Sims + masks (SOP in Arena 99)
Shadow-Wraith could be TG, (Hawthorn, she's prone to nightmares and her power reacts while asleep) if so she isn't saying, she has no desire to be on a super team as her powers would peg her (in her opinion) for a Supervillain more then a hero. While she does take Costume shop it is mostly she is making costumes for other people.
Besides masks make her act funny, she slips into Cosplay characters waaaaaaay to easily like last Halloween.
While she can use her powers to make herself a costume she suffers from MATD, last time she tried her legs were black for 2 days a looked like rubber for a week.
Her plans for life are maybe Hollywood FX or Tentical Porno if she gets desperate.
Tempurous can reverse or accelerate a person's time, but his control is not precise. He plans once he gains control to become a doctor and a plastic surgeon.

I always liked the idea of a character who is good but has powers that would label them as "bad."

The outfit that Temporus has been handed there reminds me a little of DC Comics' Impulse. I wonder if the defaults semi-configure based on anything in particular?

Make a few constructive comments. and ask politely if wouldn't it be easier to read if it was said X way rather then Y way, and in private notes so they don't feel the need to be defensive about it.
