In the picture, they're all models. Was suggested for people who like to scenebuild. Level 1 is everything is it's own model. Like the floor is a model, the wall is one, and you get the idea. Level 2 is pre-fab rooms that should fit together. So like the patient room, hallways, and such. A person can assemble their own map. Level 3 isn't set in stone yet, but it would be a blank map and a filled map. So one could place things how they want(use their own stuff) or a completely ready to go hospital.
